Before entering real estate, she spent years consulting with companies across the U.S. and abroad, specializing in business operations and strategic growth.
Despite her success, Nancy felt the familiar pressure of the corporate rat race — long hours, constant travel, and limited control over her time and income. That led her to real estate, where she discovered a practical, strategic path to building long-term stability for her family.
Today, Nancy is an accredited instructor with the Texas Association of REALTORS®, where she teaches investment strategies including buy-and-hold, short-term rentals, and exit planning. Known for her clear, approachable teaching style, she breaks complex concepts into simple, actionable steps that beginners can understand and trust.

Her experience leading people, processes, and performance gives her a unique perspective on building systems that actually work.
While thriving professionally, Kelcie felt the familiar pressure of the corporate rat race — long hours, limited flexibility, and the sense that her time wasn’t fully her own. That realization led her to explore real estate as a strategic way to create more stability, options, and long-term income for her family.
